U+I saw 700 new jobs, a community hub, brand new residential and retail units, educational facilities and landscaped public space for the North London borough of Brent.
This vision is now well on its way to becoming a reality, having just completed the first phase of our significant mixed-use regeneration project, 399 Edgware Road.
Once fully completed, the development will transform a formerly derelict seven-acre site into a vibrant new space and community hub in North West London. Designed by Sheppard Robson Architects, 399 Edgware Road will be an architectural landmark that sets a new benchmark for regeneration in the area.
The first phase of this £150 million project is anchored by an 80,000 sq. ft. food store which was pre-let to Morrisons.
