Final Phase of Cross Quarter Abbey Wood sold to HUB

This is Cross Quarter Abbey Wood, our £85 million regeneration project located right next door to the southeast terminus of Crossrail and delivered in partnership with Berkshire Investment Capital.

Today we exchanged contracts to sell the final phase of the project to residential developer HUB paving the way for the development of hundreds of new high quality and much needed homes for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This is our second deal with HUB who are currently on site developing 250 brand new apartments at The Old Vinyl Factory.

The first phase of Cross Quarter, forward-funded by Canada Life, completed in August and delivered an 81,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s, and a 32-unit residential tower (pictured) alongside a new nursery and public realm, making this a truly mixed-use scheme for Abbey Wood. The mixed- use scheme will generate over £125m of value into the local economy over the next 10 years and once completed will create over 500 full and part time jobs.

Cross Quarter is just one of our regeneration projects within the Royal Borough of Greenwich where we recently completed The Movement development in Greenwich town centre and have ongoing development projects at Morden Wharf and Telegraph Works on the Greenwich Peninsula.
