U+I appoints Development Director to spearhead major projects

Joanna Axon joins from Sellar Property Group

U+I, the specialist regeneration developer and investor, has announced the appointment of Joanna Axon as Development Director, growing its senior team as the company continues to deliver a significant pipeline of some of the most exciting and successful regeneration projects in the UK.

Joanna will be responsible for translating concept into reality on multiple major mixed-use projects. Joanna’s priority will be to drive commercial success for each development, overseeing the schemes through their entire life cycle, reflecting U+I’s respect for heritage and place and its values of imagination, intelligence and audacity.

With more than 20 years proven track record in commercial development projects, Joanna brings a breadth of expertise and relationships to the role. She joins from Sellar Property Group where she was a Development Director across mixed-use projects in London. Previously she was Director of Capital Projects & Development at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.
