The 30 acre masterplan brings with it a 6.5 acre park (Manchester’s first for over 100 years), the creation of over 10,000 jobs across a spectrum of industries, 1,500 new homes, a 650 key hotel, a dynamic mix of food markets, pop up restaurants, shops, cultural experiences and a 581 space car park. Phase one construction is due to begin in Summer 2020.
