Airport House is a 70,000 sq ft serviced office building located on Purley Way, Croydon.
It was built in 1920 and was the UK's major and only international airport during the interwar period. Located in Croydon, South London, England, it opened in 1920 and was developed as Britain's main airport, handling more cargo, mail, and passengers than any other UK airport at the time. The building now houses over 300 businesses and operates as a serviced office. We employ an onsite team who run the building, look after our tenants, and let vacant space.
U+I acquired the building in 2010 and undertook a comprehensive refurbishment programme that led to near full occupancy of the building.
