Located on Burlington Road, Dublin 4, within Dublin’s prime commercial core, the site is well-connected, with excellent transport links across the city and an established blue-chip occupier base that includes BSykB, Bank of Ireland, LinkedIn, IDA, EBS, CBRE and Groupon, all within the immediate vicinity.
In June 2014 we acquired a 1.7 acre development site in central Dublin, in joint venture with two Dublin developers, Paddy McKillen and Johnny Ronan, and Colony Capital. The site originally benefited from a planning consent to redevelop the vacant, five-storey office building that was previously on site. Following acquisition, we improved the planning consent to maximise the potential of the site and secured funding from Union Investments to bring forward a high-quality new office development.
Designed by Henry J Lyons, Vertium is surrounded by 1,800 sq m of landscaping with 38 protected trees integrating it within the surrounding neighbourhood. The 360-degree glazing ensure all floors are filled with natural light and large, column free floor plates will allow for maximum efficiency and versatility.
